For therapists, coaches, and wellbeing practitioners who want more clarity and confidence in how they run their practice, without the noise, the hype, or the pressure.

The Practitioner Studio is an ongoing, professionally led coaching space for practitioners who want steady support with the operational side of their work. It is not a course, not a programme with an end date, and not a community left to run itself.
Each week, we come together to focus on what actually needs attention in your practice: pricing, boundaries, bookings, visibility, systems, and the mindset work that sits beneath it all.
The pace is steady. The approach is grounded. And the aim is simple: to help you run your practice with more clarity, more confidence, and less second-guessing.

I am a practising therapist and business owner, and I understand first-hand the realities of holding clinical responsibility while running a practice. Alongside my clinical work, I have supported business owners through coaching and consultancy around confidence, money, systems, and decision-making.
My background includes training as a systems analyst and software developer, running a branding and business consultancy, and professional coach training through Blair Singer’s Train the Trainer programme. I have also delivered talks and keynotes across wellbeing, business, and technology.
My clinical practice has received multiple business and excellence awards, reflecting not only results, but sustainability and professionalism over time.
The Practitioner Studio brings these strands together in a calm, ethical, practitioner-led space. I do not promise quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes. I support practitioners to think clearly, decide well, and build practices that support both their clients and their own wellbeing.

No. The Practitioner Studio is not a course with a fixed curriculum and end date. It is an ongoing coaching studio where we meet weekly, work through real challenges together, and make steady progress over time. The focus is on implementation and reflection, not passive learning.
Life happens, and I understand that. All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. While attending live offers the richest experience and allows for direct coaching, the recordings mean you won't fall behind. Many members find a rhythm that works for them.
Yes, and you would not be alone. Many practitioners join feeling exactly this way. The studio is designed to help you find clarity and build sustainable systems at your own pace. We don't add to the noise—we help you cut through it.
No. I cannot promise specific income increases or client numbers. What I can offer is a thoughtful, experienced space for you to work through the operational side of your practice with support. The results depend on your context, effort, and consistency.
After the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. The minimum commitment exists because meaningful change takes time, and I want you to give yourself that runway before deciding whether it's working.
Yes. While I am UK-based, the principles we work on—pricing, boundaries, systems, visibility—apply across contexts. Session times are designed to accommodate different time zones where possible, and recordings are always available.
My background includes training as a systems analyst and software developer, running a branding and business consultancy, and supporting business owners through coaching and advisory work.
Alongside this, I am a practising therapist and have built and run my own clinical practice, navigating the same challenges many practitioners face: pricing decisions, client flow, admin, boundaries, and sustainability.
I am professionally trained as a coach through Blair Singer’s Train the Trainer programme and have delivered talks and keynotes across wellbeing, business, and technology. My clinical practice has received multiple business and excellence awards.
The Practitioner Studio is where these strands come together in a calm, ethical, and practitioner-led way.
